How to create a password and access your account

If you have successfully connected your Qonto account to Defacto services but have not received an email to create a password for your account, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Check your spam inbox

  2. If you don't find anything in the spam folder

    1. Go to our web application

    2. Click on the button "Forgot your password?

    3. Fill in the email address you used for your Qonto account

    4. Check your inbox and spam
