Where is my loan payment? Find the answer in your account!

Simply log into our web app to check the status of your loan payment.

From the loan details page in the Payment section:

  • find the date that Defacto sent the funds

  • check to whom the funds are being sent

  • download a proof of payment

🕐 Allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends and French bank holidays) for funds to be received in the recipient's account.

Common reasons for delays in fund transfers

If you notice that you have not received the funds, here are the most common reasons:

  • There may be a delay in loan validation due to random checks of 2 business days, thank you for your patience.

  • Bank transfer times on the SEPA network are 2 working days (excluding weekends and French public holidays), please be aware that this time cannot be reduced.

  • In the case of a supplier payment, you may have sent the funds directly to the supplier; remember to check the IBAN of the beneficiary.
