View the date Defacto sent the funds.
Check the recipient of the payment.
Download a payment receipt.
⏳ Fund reception time
🕐 Allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends and French bank holidays) for funds to be received in the recipient's account.
Common reasons for delays in fund transfers
If you haven't received the funds yet, here are the most common reasons for the delay:
Random verification: Some financing requests go through a verification process, which may take up to 2 working days. Your payment is instructed after the loan is validated.
Large amounts: Payments are instant, except for amounts over €100,000.
SEPA bank transfer delay: Once the transfer is initiated, banks may take up to 2 working days to process it.
Supplier payment: If the funds were sent directly to a supplier, double-check that the IBAN of the beneficiary is correct.
