We ask you to consent to the sharing of your banking data with Defacto in order to be able to assess your risk profile and give you access to the best financing in a way that is best suited to your needs and constraints. Defacto uses this data only for credit analysis purposes.

The eligibility process is done in just a few clicks and does not commit you to taking out financing afterwards. Defacto uses a banking aggregator whose connection is 100% secure, in accordance with the European strong authentication regulation DSP2. This allows a process of exchanging banking data (statements, RIB, etc.) in a more secure manner than sharing documents by email.

In this context:

  • Your login credentials remain fully encrypted, we have no access to them.

  • We will not be able to carry out any transactions on your bank accounts.

  • We process and store data in accordance with the GDPR

  • Your information is used occasionally by some of our service providers, strictly necessary to provide you with the Defacto solution.

Our establishment is approved and supervised by the ACPR (Prudential Control and Resolution Authority of the Bank of France), which leads us to respect high standards in terms of information security.

At any time, you can request the deletion of your personal data by writing to support@getdefacto.com.
